Warranty and Assistance
The delivered items have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects that require repair or replacement. Not covered: wear and tear due to use, improper use, oxidation, nor replacement of lost or stolen items.
To request jewelry assistance, send an email to customercare@ maestralegioielli.it with the completed form. The jewel to be repaired must be accompanied by the completed form and sent to the Maestrale Gioielli Assistance Center at the address:
