Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, it is necessary to inform Maestrale Gioielli via email to customercare@maestralegioielli.it, using the attached withdrawal form.

The return can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. The return must be carried out respecting the following steps:

• Fill out the Return Form.
• Attach the form and send it via email to customercare@maestralegioielli.it.
• Make sure that the jewels are in the same conditions as they were received, placed in the original packaging and complete with guarantee.
• Put everything back in the original box together with the return form.

If the return does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back and the refund will not be issued. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notification, using the same original payment method.
